That's Egyptian Pharaoh deep. Today's cider is as American as Apple Pie and steadily re-gaining popularity in the midst of the home brewing rage. Learn how to make your very own organic hard apple cider and impress your guest at your next gathering.
This 3 session workshop is part of our exciting series of fermentation and home brewing workshops. Together, we will make a batch of Organic Hard Apple Cider from beginning to end while your teacher will reveal the secrets behind every step of this age-old skill. The class will include complimentary tastings of home brewed and commercially available Ciders to demonstrate the endless possibilities that await the future cider maker.
All tools and ingredients will be provided.
Each student will go home with approximately a gallon of cider.
Return after 2 weeks of fermentation on any Thursday evening to re-rack then approximately 2 weeks later to bottle your concoction.
