Youth Leather Craft Summer Program
Monday–Friday, July 6–10, 2026 • 10 AM–1 PM
Tuition: $499 • Materials included
Eligible for full reimbursement through the Step Up Scholarship Program.
Over five creative and skill‑building days, young artisans will explore the timeless craft of leatherworking. Students begin with the essentials, understanding patterns, cutting clean lines, assembling components, and mastering hand‑stitching, before moving into decorative tooling and precision dye work.
With supportive instructor guidance and plenty of supervised studio time, participants will complete a collection of handcrafted leather projects that reflect both skill and imagination. This program nurtures creativity, patience, and craftsmanship while giving students a meaningful introduction to a traditional trade.
A memorable week of making, learning, and creating projects built to last.
Additional time for the final project’s finish might be added during open studio hours (Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6-9 PM) at no extra cost to participants. No prior experience is necessary!
