In this 2 part workshop you will learn to sculpt and work with to part resin, paint, and finish your own custom mask with professional monster FX artist Henry Johnson.
DAY 1 (Saturday December 5 ): Using Chavant Clay over a precast head form you will sculpt the base for your masterpiece, We will then get into a feather light epoxy resin that will also be hand sculpted and be your actual mask.
On DAY 2 (Sunday, December 6 ): Our masks will be ready for painting and completion.
Henry shares a variety of professional techniques you can use to create almost any kind of light weight design.
No experience is necessary. All tools and materials are provided.
