Service Description

August 14 • 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Private Group of 6 Spend a half‑day in the shop for an immersive, technique‑driven introduction to hobby welding. This five‑hour private workshop is designed to give your group hands‑on experience with the essential tools, machines, and safety practices used in modern metalworking. Students will learn how to safely operate and understand the purpose of key shop equipment, including angle grinders, belt grinders, the oxy‑acetylene torch, plasma cutter, and other common cutting and prep tools. After building confidence with mechanical, thermal, and chemical cutting methods, the class moves into the fundamentals of MIG and flux‑core electric arc welding. By the end of the session, each student will be comfortable navigating the shop, preparing metal, and laying down clean, controlled welds. This workshop is ideal for beginners looking to build real‑world skills in a supportive, instructor‑guided environment. No experience necessary. All tools, materials, and safety gear are provided.
